Well-known for its beautiful magenta-purple skin and broad, Chantenay-type shoulders. Slicing reveals contrasting orange internal color and yellow core. Very thin, smooth skin makes Dragon easier to wash and serve unpeeled than other purples.
Personally I eat these everyday with dinner. Beets and carrots are always a go to for me. Raw sometimes too. Always. I can’t get enough even before I became a farmer.
